[sdiy] SH2000 mod (wavetables)

Hi Gil,

 From what I remember the SH2000 is a preset synth. I imagine they used 
an octave divider or multiplier so that the different preset sounds 
could switch in different harmonics. He seems to be describing taking 
these outputs and putting them through a mixer.
