[sdiy] looking for high quality 1/4" jack mono Y-adapter

Hi,

    I'm in desperate search of a high grade 1/4" (6.3mm) mono jack Y-
adapter.

Something like this

but in a quality version (this things I've got and they are bad - 10
out of 20 are already broken).

Since I'm in Austria I'd prefer EU-sources - if possible.
If I found a good product I'd buy another dozen or so ...
