As far as I know ALPS still is producing those switches (SKHC-Series). 
Cy remanufactures the LED-Fram and the cap. If you are looking for the 
four colour version with leds, assumingly those from Cy aka 
technologytransplant are the best and perhaps cheapest choice.

I buy quite often from him, and definitely recommend him.

THose from Reichelt ar switches bei ITT-Schadow, which now belong to 
Cannon; those should be available in the US too. I used them for some 
tape machine remotes, but their feel i not that good as the ones from ALPS.
