EPROM Burner (was [sdiy] pre Uprocessor schematics with ADC/DAC?)

I have a 4.1 Willem programmer myself.  But... I got the board from 
Willem himself. I'm not
sure what this Bangkok-based company's got to do with it.  The Willem 
programmer used to
be an open project that Willem sold on his own website (which seems to 
have gone).

Note that not all Willem versions will burn older EPROMS that require 
odd programming
voltages.
