[sdiy] FS: mb808 kit + all parts

I have a full MB-808 kit (second run pcb) plus all the additional
components that you needed to order from Mouser etc. I also have a
torroidal transformer and full set of original 808 style switches.

The pcb is partially populated ... I just don't have the time to
finish it. There are group orders available for vinyl covering and the
pcb was designed to fit into a specific hammond case that can be cut
by FPE.
