[sdiy] Simple 'plug and play' transistor tester

i have a little harbour freight multimeter that has a transistor 
hfe/beta checker on it. it was.... $2.95. it's crap, but it did help 
me hand-pick the 733s for my x0xb0x.

there's a schematic for a beta tester on the ladyada site, too, i 
think the link came through here recently.
