[sdiy] Scope manual - Philips/FLUKE PM3350A

I remembered one thing useful -- the scope is actually branded Philips / 
Fluke -- so searching for Fluke PM3350 brings up more results, but still 
no manual...
(I did find a Philips one in French, but...)
