[sdiy] modding an lfo to have reset/sync

I have a Livewire Vulcan that I would like to modify so that it has
reset capability.

When I take it apart it is pretty clear to see where the timing caps
are (a pair for each lfo, one small one large for the different time
range).

Anyone know an easy way to reset them? I had read something before
about injecting a pulse into the timing cap...
