33% is actually quite low, compared to most stores selling specialised 
items.

Rent, insurance, wages, utilities, advertising..... if you do the maths, you 
will see why
more than 80% of all retail stores, last less than a couple of years.

33% is less than it cost me to sell on the net, if I were to value the time 
I spend
communicating with customers & sorting out postage & customs issues and 
payments.
