[sdiy] diy 150 in 1? (using springs for solder free prototyping)

okay, first solution; clean the floor in your shop ;)
secondly, isn't that what proto-boards are for? Solderless breadboard,
just stick in pins and get shit done? I mean the logic behind "he might
eat the parts" kinda gets lost when the kid might as well eat a
jumper/spring, correct?

A tidy parts bin and a solderless protoboard and you can EASILY work
with little baby in the room.
(done it with two of 'em, actually, I soldered a bunch of stuff then)
