[sdiy] CV from soundcard

OK. Vaporware part was secondary to the actually question of how to DIY 
such a thing (DIY part of Synth DIY rather than the go-spend-200-bucks 
part of Synth). When I try to send DC voltage out of my HDSP, it drifts 
back to 0V pretty quick.
