It looks exactly like galvanised steel and I bet that's what it
is. When you buy sheet steel, you want to buy that, not just
because it doesn't rust, but also because you don't have to
degrease it (which is a bigger deal than you'd think).
Get it in matt finish if you can. It's easier to draw on.
