[sdiy] ROHS transistor arrays?

Just curious, why the RoHS? Selling in Europe, or just wana be green?

There's the THAT-300 series. There's a 4x NPN, 4x PNP, and a 2x NPN + 2x PNP, all offered on single chips, all matched.

Dunno their RoHS status off the top of my head though (but I know there's an Oakley filter that uses one of these, and possible RoHS exceptions like part grandfathering or something like that notwithstanding, perhaps that means it's kosher). Tony of Oakley, and others on the list could tell you better.
