hey there
so it turns out the ca3046 is now considered an obsolete part and it is also non ROHS
bad news!
so i am wondering what other (hopefully cheaP) transistor arrays are available for making things like
ladder filters or expo's.
the ca3046 had four npn's right?
the MAT chips are very expensive.
i am going to see if the LM394 is avail as a ROHS part. I also need to find a decent (not amazing) PNP pair
i have heard that LINEAR makes transistor arrays but these may just be pairs.
anyway...any help highly appreciated.
these need to meet ROHS standards as well.
thanks
