[sdiy] JP-6 LFO2 routing on voiceboard

Hello,

As you might have recognized I am at work with a Roland JP6 at the
moment. Today I tried to extend the frequency range of the LFO2. Should
be no problem, but ... as soon as the LFO gets into the audio
frequencies it no longer reaches the VCF. First it was not clear until I
found, that the modulation signal is fed through a 4x2
multiplexer/switch (IC44 / MC14551) on the voiceboard. And there it
seems the signal gets lost, as soon as the signalfrequency gets into the
audiorange.
Can anyone imagine what for this multiplexer is? I only could imagine,
that it is intended to switch off the modulation for the autotune
procedure, but then I'd expect it to work normally as long as I do not
press the tune button.

any idea?

Florian
