Hehe.. that's a for sure.  I've bought so many that allegedly were just 
put in the closet.  Read the sounddoctorin.com page on the prophet 5 for 
one such example.  Goes to show that rodents come in all sizes.  
Microchip rodents often burrow into the substrates where they make their 
nests.... but as long as you keep energizing the chips intermittently it 
prevents them from pursuing this as they always 'case the joint' ... or 
joints in this case..for some time to make sure no rapid thermal 
variations occur; something which they cannot tolerate in their happy 
homes.

btw I'll post the section of the diagram that is missing unless someone 
knows a resource that has it.  Actually it seems the links on my page 
for 'far too good' which used to have it are gone.  -Bob
