[sdiy] Tips for writing a MIDI parser wanted

I've never had a problem with one stop bit and otherwise sending MIDI bytes back to
back. If there is a minimum delay, it should be in the MIDI specification, but I
can't remember having read anything like that.
But I'm here for an education too...
