Hi, just wondered if anyone had the pinout or data sheet for a national semiconductors MM5280D ram chip ? ( yes I know it is a very old part ) I'm looking at an old effects unit that has these in them and it looks like there is a psu fault, so I want to confirm the correct supply voltages before doing any damage. regards Peter
