[sdiy] magsafe patch cables?

Well there is the opposite scenario to consider: I like to build
patches from scratch and work quickly. When it turns into a
clusterf*&k or I need a clean slate I like to be able to get all the
cables out of the way and unplugged quickly.

Also, if the cables snap into position with guided contacts then there
is the possibility of better "hot patching" since there will never be
shorting.

It would probably too expensive to implement unless there was a cheap
and abundant off the shelf solution.
