I received a bill once from DHL, back when I ordered a Xilinx
development kit, and this would've been OK if the DHL people could
be bothered to pay attention to the tariff codes on the commercial
invoice. But nooooo, they classified the kit as "fabricated metal
parts" or similar idiocy which cost me a few pennies in completely
spurious duty. To my misfortune I rapidly grew bored with fighting
their stupid mistake and just paid the darned thing.
Conversely, that's pretty convenient with Mouser et al. Too bad I'm
not in much market for parts right now.....
