What is sad is that for all the time and effort that obviously went into 
this module, they used the WORLD'S CRAPPIEST TRIMMERS, those open-frame CTS 
pieces of s---t. Good grief, why not use a Bourns 3386P that costs a 
*staggering* 71 cents more?

Oh.....it alters the 'secret sauce' and then it just would not sound the 
same (cough). Since Moog used them, that means they *had to*, right? Makes 
perfect sense, no? The fact the 3386P trim pot didn't come out until 1978 
has nothing to do with Bob's original choice :) I'm positive Bob would have 
told himself  "Got to use those CTS ones, the silver oxide build-up over 
time, coupled with the carbon element's moisture absorption altering the 
resistance 15% over time is JUST what I need!"
