oops, well actually the last weeks Digikey invoice had only the GST
charged. No PST as I guess they have no provincial office (don't shoot
me I'm not a tax expert - just looking at the invoices. The Fedex
invoice from Mouser (pre the new free over 200$) shows the customs
rate set at 0.0 %
