This is indeed true. I've taken advantage of the $200 deal to Canada from
Mouser and voila! It arrives quickly and with no GST, PST, a real turn
around from what things used to be like.

The real turn around from Mouser on shipping to Canada is it is now
FREE on orders over $200.
And due to some weird glitch between FedEX and Mouser they don't
charge any brokerage, GST or PST when it arrives.
A true anomaly when importing anything into Canada.
