What are the ones you are using on the programmer?  I haven't seen one in person, but they certainly look sharp.

you might try searching Gogle images for "lighted pushbuttons" or "lighted push button" and "illuminated push button" and see what comes up
Omron and NKK make some nice ones too.  seems the challenge is finding them small enough as many ar lareg industrial units...
