[sdiy] Wanna order stuff from Rapid from outside the UK ?

If your order is over 250 GBP including VAT, Rapid insist on
payment via bank transfer. Their online sales system won't tell
you that while you dutifully fill in your credit card details --
you will learn about it in an email they will send you the next
day.

When you pay via bank transfer, you are charged 12 GBP extra
because, they say, "our bank will charge us if a customer is
paying into our account from outside of the UK". (Which I thought
an EU regulation from a few years ago had made illegal if your
bank is also in the EU...)
