[sdiy] Question about LFOs

Here's a noob-ish question about LFOs. First, some background:
I'm developing a module with four non-voltage-controlled LFOs with variable
pulse-width saw-triangle-ramp and pulse outputs. I've simulated both the
Korg MS-20 modulation generator (with its two JFETs driving the integrator)
and Ray Wilson's Multi-waveform LFO, sans sine-shaper (with its two diodes
driving the integrator), each with a few minor modifications. The Korg
circuit generates (roughly) a 0 to 5V pulse and a -2.5 to +2.5 V triangle.
The MFOS circuit generates (roughly) -5 to +5 V pulse and triangle.
My question is this: Is there some "standard" for LFO voltage output, and
if so, what is it? Also, would it be desirable to be able to switch between
-5 to +5 V and 0 to +/-5 V outputs?
