[sdiy] Panels with decals

I'd just like to thank everyone on the list who responded, personally and
publicly, to my query (Tom, Harry, Ian, many others...).  I've learned more
about the options for panel DIY in one evening than I did in two months of
aimless internet searching.

I think I'm going to compile a list of all the responses I've gotten, with
the relevant URLs, and post them here tomorrow for ready reference.
