[sdiy] "voltage control" on the 556

I'm trying to recall one of my early lab exploits with an Apple IIe. We
decided to use it for some crude data intake when they were the hot
thing in the early early 80's. It had a 556 too it seems. Been so long
though. It was generating a 'window' though that would 'AND' with a
pulse string and a counter would count the number of pulses. And it was
calibrated so that the max pulses would be 255 as I recall. -Bob
