oops... Just noticed that.... (brain IN GEAR please Dave.... ;-)

Other possibly useful ones. CC74 (brightness) is used by a few apps to 
control filter cutoff. The others that spring to mind are, CC2 (breath 
control)
CC6 (data) CC10 (pan) and CC11 (expression)

If they *have* to be fixed, I'd go for CC4 and CC7, just because most 
keyboards will have them.
