Howdy,

Thanx! I read an ad from a guy looking for lowery organs. He said he was using them to salvage the leslie speakers for people who cannot afford the Real deal, and also to make bass amps. i got to looking at the service manual for my Lowery, which I got for free, intending to use the Leslie. After we exchanged a couple e-mails, i looked again at the service manual and realized that there would be a LOT of stuff he would be throwing away. Keyboards for one. then the reverb/chorus/drum machine/bass pedal thing hit me. I could take this guy's garbage and turn it into things that many musicians would really like to have. Now we just have to meet up and talk this over. The accessory devices could be built whole, in kit form, or just the basic parts with instructions to make a complete unit. Many possible ideas. I cannot stand the idea of functional musical devices,(especially keyboard assemblies), being thrown in the garbage. Most of these old organs,
although using now primitive technology, made very high quality sounds. Why not modify them for stand alone operation and make them available. Mainly it was lust. I told him initially that I was looking for top octave generator chips. It just grew from there.
