[sdiy] source for many, small, simple PCB's ?? for educational use

Hi Tony,

how is PCB Cart, or PCB houses in general, about replacing boards where 
there are such obvious errors? Or do you just over-order by a certain 
percentage and hope that you get the run you need in the end?
