[sdiy] source for many, small, simple PCB's ?? for educational use

I have used PCB Cart alot. The customer service is great and the price
is, as all things from China, lower then one would expect. HOWEVER, I
would say the quality is just OK. I have had many boards where the
soldermask or silkscreen is offset and covers portion of the pads, or is
spotty (characters not legible). I have also had depanelization where a
good chunk of the board is cut off, I have even lost pads this way (with
all traces, pads well within accepted limits of PCBCart).
With all that in mind, I have been considering moving all of my parts to
a US based PCB house (Advanced Circuits). The cost increase ranges from
$2.00 to $10.00 per unit. The political climate in China is starting to
disturb me, and we need the work here in the States.
TO THE ORIGINAL POSTER, Advanced Circuits offers the barebones PCBs
which are very affordable. No soldermask, no silkscreen. Ship quickly.
Might be nice for your purposes.
