i can only confirm what seb said. the communication is very very good, 
nice and friendly. they are willing to listen to you, that can't be 
overestimated today, IMHO.

payment is more than easy using paypal. and i made the same experience as 
seb with the declaration, at least when i ordered just two prototypes 
recently.

at these prices you won't go without soldermask and silkscreen...
