(Amongst other things) I run a small business manufacturing/selling 
psychometric measuring devices.  We tend to get a couple of hundred 
small boards made at a time and have always used European manufacturers 
until recently when we tried PCB Cart.  We were most impressed by the 
quality and customer service, to say nothing of their willingness to be 
'creative' with declaring the order value for customs.  And was 
significantly cheaper than any European suppliers ...
