[sdiy] up in smoke

I had an IC burn out on me during a gig soundcheck last night. Damn it 
made a lot of smoke!!!!!!! Rest of the synth is fine so far, but it 
still smells pretty smoky. I know that smoke can cause damage to 
components over time, so is there any thing I can do about the residue 
inside the case? Or should I be worrying?
