[sdiy] Waldorf Microwave XT audio jacks

After a long day of using Google image search, here's what I found:

Manufacturer: S.C. Precision Industrial.
Series: SCJ630

Available here:

I think it's a bit different than the similar Roland part (it's different 
than my DR-110, at least)
