[sdiy] Dual MFOS ADSR layouts

I finally got an updated RAR program so I could look at these files.

Nice work, but the "funky Excel-based pcb layout" is either an act of Genius
or Desperation, I just can't tell which ;)

Up to the point of seeing this I thought I might be the "Pinball Wizard" of
engineering using Excel, but I pass any claim I had to the title on to
David.

I am always interested in seeing variations of modules.

I finished my custom dual MFOS ADSR module today, and it all works
swimmingly! It's two complete MFOS ADSRs on a single 4" x 6" pcb, with
added AR repeat mode and inverted outputs. If anybody's interested, please
let me know and I can send the schematic, my funky Excel-based pcb layout
with bill of materials, and an FPD front panel file (2U wide in pseudo-MOTM
format with Thomas White-inspired fonts).

Next on the agenda: a dual Mike Sims two-OTA VCA module (a la Oakley) with
added log CV mode!
