[sdiy] OT: how to save a dead Raided Drive?

If you're using a desktop, you could just remove one of the drives and
then try putting it in your PC. If it comes up and you can read all
the files you'll most likely be able to plug them in and recover
everything. Also if you have enough IDE slots (or SATA depending on
the drive type) and assuming you have room to mount them you can just
leave them in there and just use them as regular HD's.

If all goes well you can then proceed to tell Lacie to go stuff themselves. ;)
