[sdiy] List rules

Mails with attachments (images) don't even get bounced - they are  
ignored by the sdiy list server.

I like the simplicity of imagebin - OTOH I'm not sure if it's a good  
idea to show a list with the recent uploads.
What if tinyurl and others did the same?  Just a thought though ...
