[sdiy] WTB... MKS-7 white / black rack ears

Hi Todd,

The rack standard is for the total width including rack brackets to be  
19". Unfortunately I don't think there is a standard for the box in  
between so long as it is
within the rack strips so there are different rack ears which is a  
little annoying, especially if you buy used gear where they have been  
lost.
