I've just about had it drilling aluminum channel aimlessly, and I only need 2, so it's silly to go to a machine shop for this [or is it?] The rack ears are about 1" wide on both sides.. if you have anything near it .. let me know. I was recently given some that were 1.125" wide and they didn't work; maybe the smaller the better.. Thanks! +odd
