[sdiy] quick 13700 question

can someone refresh my memory on how to figure out the gain for an OTA stage (13700)

when i put a +/- 10 volt saw through a follower into a 100k into the ota with a 220 ohm to grnd on both + and - pins, i see a square 
wave on my scope coming out of the output of that stage


so i need to remember how to get the input back within the ota's range.
