I'm not sure about the phase relationships, interesting question.
(Don't think anyone has asked before, but I haven't noticed any phase
cancellation per se,
so assume all in the same phase, (hey that's what inverters are for right?).
The All Pass input only acts as a phase shifter when the original input
signal is mixed with the output
which requires a separate mixer though.
