[sdiy] Synthacon/Steiner-Parker VCF inputs

How about actually putting three input jacks on it nonetheless, and  
then normalling the jacks to ground? That way, you'd be able to use  
more than one input if you wanted, but you could only use one if  
required, and the others would be grounded.
