Hi Cynthia,

and thanks so much for your wonderful historical rundown! When I spoke 
of summing, I meant stacking several bananas at the input instead of the 
output, which I was quickly told off-list is a no-no ;-) So yes, the 
rest of the issues are essentially non-issues, since all the stacking 
happens at the outputs and summing/attenuating will still be necessary 
for multiple inputs. I'm learning... slowly but I'm learning.
