Dan,

This is a 4Kx1 bit async sram.  If you can even find these, you are 
likely to pay a lot for them.  What is the project?  Can you post a 
schematic (or link)?  It is likely there is a much better way to solve 
the problem with a newer part.  Handling a multiplexed data bus is not 
that difficult.
