I extended them 30 mils beyond where they originally stopped which is 
about 20 mils beyond the package outline in the silk layer. That appears 
to be sufficient for the brand of caps I bought that are specified with 
slightly different dimensions than the Panasonic FK parts your footprint 
is based on. I got the Cornell Dubilier AVE caps which are only about 
$0.08/eq in qty 50 from Mouser. They're about 1/2 the cost of others 
which kind of makes me wonder why. Cute little parts though...

Although I did a 'dry fit' on a 1:1 printout, I'll know for sure when I 
get the boards back and actually try it out. :)
