[sdiy] Synth DIY UK - 1 week left to book rooms

Neil,

As a Newby to the Synth-DIY mailing list, I've plucked up the courage to
join you in Cambridge next month. This means a lot of late nights to get a
few devices working to take with me.

If things go to plan, I'll have my E&MM Spectrum (a complete new build), the
start of my 5U modular and a blast from the past Clef PDSG - complete with
BBC Micro - all working to some extent in time for the meet.

I'll be travelling from near Liverpool on the Friday to the meet, coming
back on the Monday morning. So if there is anyone along the way that needs a
lift to Cambridge, there will be a spare seat and probably some room for
equipment in my Mini Clubman. Minor detours (Manchester, Derby, Birmingham
and possibly others - dependant on the route I choose) are also possible.

Just over one week to go to book overnight rooms in college for this year's
Synth DIY UK event here in Cambridge.  I need payment to confirm a room - I
can take paypal.

There are some double rooms so partners most welcome, and the town centre is
a very pleasant 10-15 minutes walk from college, with scenic colleges,
shops, cafes, etc.
