Forget about using the website RFQ form. I filled it out, I got an  
auto-response, then my RFQ entered a black hole. On the sage advice of  
Mark Verbos, I called them on the phone, and had a quote pretty  
quickly. Selco has a pretty good minimum order policy: an order has to  
be bigger than $50. At roughly $1 per knob/cap combo, that works out  
to about 50 knobs.

The parts that are on the current Buchla are:
DRD 150 006	Large Skirt		15 mm
DPN 150 006	Medium		15 mm
DRN 110 006	Small Knob 	11 mm
C151 Gray 6	lined grey cap for 15 mm medium and large
C111 Gray 6	lined grey cap for small 11 mm

You would have to change the color name and the final number for other  
cap colors.

If a company isn't going to respond to an online form, they should  
take it down and just put up their phone number, IMO.
