ABRA Electronics is selling a reasonable unit for $108.95, though it
sounds like you're hoping for cheaper.

I made my own, using some regular solderless breadboard, a hand-wired
linear power supply, and mounted it all in a recycled ex-RCAF
rackmount chassis with a whack of holes in the front plate for
jacks and pots and switches and stuff. Works like a dream.....
